1. Elite Home Improvement Center
Elite Home Improvement Center is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Deerfield, IL. The business has a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include transition strips and thresholds, unfinished floors finished on site, solid oak plank installation, floating hardwood floors and herringbone pattern floors. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Deerfield and nearby areas such as Lincolnshire, Northbrook and Wheeling can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Credit card.
