1. Royal Floors
Based in Lisle, IL, Royal Floors works as a floor refinishing contractor. A team of 6, the business has been operating for 36 years. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing. On their profile, Royal Floors lists special features of current flooring: irregular shape; property type: residential. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Buff and recoat jobs cost less than full sanding, while color changes, pet stain repairs, and furniture moving add to the total. Besides Lisle, homeowners in Downers Grove, Woodridge and Glen Ellyn can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Request a quote from Royal Floors on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
