1. Abusamra group
Abusamra group is a floor refinishing contractor serving Palos Hills, IL. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 7 years. Before any sanding in Palos Hills, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured. Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Palos Hills include sanding and refinishing oak floors, buffing out surface scratches, refinishing floors found under old carpet, stair tread refinishing and water damage board repair. Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Besides Palos Hills, homeowners in Hickory Hills, Worth and Chicago Ridge can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send Abusamra group a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
