1. Renov8 remodeling and restoration LLC
Renov8 remodeling and restoration LLC is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Jeffersontown, KY. The business has been operating for 7 years with a team of 4. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. On their profile, Renov8 remodeling and restoration LLC lists install type: laminate, linoleum, vinyl sheet, luxury vinyl flooring and engineered hardwood; property type: residential and commercial. Renov8 remodeling and restoration LLC is also listed for interior painting. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Besides Jeffersontown, homeowners in Louisville, Mount Washington and Taylorsville can reach out for hardwood floor installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle.
