1. Ben's Handyman services
Ben's Handyman services is a hardwood floor installer serving Russell Springs, KY. The business has been operating for 2 years with a team of 2. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include floating hardwood floors, transition strips and thresholds, herringbone pattern floors, old carpet removal before install and nail-down floors over plywood subfloors. Ben's Handyman services is also listed for carpet installation, dishwasher installation, dog fence installation and door repair. Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Posted hours are Wednesday, 6:00 am to 7:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from Ben's Handyman services on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
