1. Oak hill Hardwoodfloor
Oak hill Hardwoodfloor is a floor refinishing contractor serving North Billerica, MA. A team of 4, the business has been operating for 7 years. Before any sanding in North Billerica, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured. Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in North Billerica include buffing out surface scratches, water damage board repair, stair tread refinishing, pet stain board replacement and gap filling between boards. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Customers in North Billerica and nearby areas such as Billerica, Chelmsford and Tewksbury can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday.
