1. Donnyflooring inc
Based in Wakefield, MA, Donnyflooring inc works as a hardwood floor refinisher. The business has been operating for 22 years with a team of 8. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing. Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include refinishing floors found under old carpet, gap filling between boards, stair tread refinishing, stain color change and sanding and refinishing oak floors. Donnyflooring inc is also listed for house cleaning. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Buff and recoat jobs cost less than full sanding, while color changes, pet stain repairs, and furniture moving add to the total.
