1. Fannon Property Services LLC
Fannon Property Services LLC provides holiday lighting installation in Gambrills, MD. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 2 years. Service usually starts with a design walk to decide which features to light, followed by measuring rooflines and wrapping heights on trees. On install day, lights are hung and tested, burned-out sections are swapped, and after the season the strands are taken down and often stored until the following year. Typical jobs for holiday lighting installation in Gambrills include off-season storage, light removal after the season, shrub and hedge lighting, tree trunk wrapping and custom-cut LED strands. Fannon Property Services LLC is also listed for junk removal. Tangled strands, burned-out sections, and uneven lines left over from previous years often prompt homeowners to hand the whole job off. Share photos of the front of the house and mark which rooflines, windows, trees, and bushes should be lit for the season. Holiday lighting cost is based on the linear feet of roofline, the number of trees and shrubs being lit, and whether the lights are supplied. Besides Gambrills, homeowners in Odenton, Crofton and Millersville can reach out for holiday lighting installation. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Venmo and Zelle. Request a quote from Fannon Property Services LLC on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
