1. Obligatory clean
Based in Okemos, MI, Obligatory clean works as a stone polishing service. The business has been operating for 4 years with a team of 4. Stone restoration and polishing brings worn natural stone back to an even, consistent finish. The process uses diamond abrasives to grind, hone, and polish surfaces such as marble, travertine, limestone, terrazzo, and granite, followed by an impregnating sealer to slow future staining. Typical jobs for stone restoration and polishing in Okemos include limestone cleaning, shower stone deep cleaning, dull stone revival, water ring removal and terrazzo restoration. Obligatory clean is also listed for carpet cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning, commercial cleaning and floor cleaning. Buying a home with neglected stone floors, or preparing one for sale, often leads homeowners to schedule stone restoration before listing photos are taken. Note furniture that must be moved and any areas like thresholds, cabinet edges, or grout lines that need special care. Lippage grinding between uneven tiles, sealing, and the final finish level chosen usually change the scope and the overall price. Besides Okemos, homeowners in East Lansing, Williamston and Holt can reach out for stone restoration and polishing. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Obligatory clean a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
