1. QualityFirstHardWoodFloors
QualityFirstHardWoodFloors is a floor refinishing contractor serving Romulus, MI. The business has been operating for 1 year. Before any sanding in Romulus, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured. Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Romulus include oil-based polyurethane finish, refinishing floors found under old carpet, buffing out surface scratches, gap filling between boards and stair tread refinishing. QualityFirstHardWoodFloors is also listed for carpet installation, exterior painting, furniture assembly and handyman. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Besides Romulus, homeowners in Wayne, Inkster and Belleville can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle. To get started, send QualityFirstHardWoodFloors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
