1. Rebound Flooring
Based in Washington, MI, Rebound Flooring works as a floor refinishing contractor. Refinishing restores worn hardwood by sanding away the old finish and surface damage, then applying stain if desired and several coats of protective finish. The result is a floor that looks new without replacing boards, since solid hardwood can usually be sanded multiple times over its life. Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include buffing out surface scratches, pet stain board replacement, sanding and refinishing oak floors, stair tread refinishing and stain color change. Rebound Flooring is also listed for countertop installation, finish carpentry and floor cleaning. Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Mention pets, when the rooms can be fully emptied, and whether you prefer a water-based or oil-based finish, if known. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Customers in Washington and nearby areas such as Romeo, Oakland and Shelby Township can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Google Pay and Zelle. To get started, send Rebound Flooring a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
