1. Campos Renovations
Based in Forest Lake, MN, Campos Renovations works as a hardwood floor installer. The business has been operating for 1 year with a team of 3. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include transition strips and thresholds, wide-plank flooring, solid oak plank installation, floating hardwood floors and old carpet removal before install. Campos Renovations is also listed for gardening, handyman, pressure washing and weeding. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor. Customers in Forest Lake and nearby areas such as Hugo, Wyoming and Circle Pines can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Credit card, Google Pay, PayPal and Venmo.
