1. Luminous Flooring
Luminous Flooring is a floor refinishing contractor serving Herculaneum, MO. A team of 26, the business has been operating for 21 years. Before any sanding in Herculaneum, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured. On their profile, Luminous Flooring lists special features of current flooring: irregular shape, stairs, radiant floor heating and floor fixtures; property type: residential and commercial. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Customers in Herculaneum and nearby areas such as Crystal City, Pevely and Barnhart can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Credit card. To get started, send Luminous Flooring a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
