1. Floyd’s construction
Based in Harmony, NC, Floyd’s construction works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 8 years with a team of 4. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several. Common requests for handyman work include weatherstripping doors, baseboard and trim touch-ups, small fence board repairs, fixing sticky drawers and loose door hinge repair. Floyd’s construction is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly. A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote. Customers in Harmony and nearby areas such as Olin, Hamptonville and Mocksville can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Credit card, Stripe and Zelle. Request a quote from Floyd’s construction on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
