1. Fortunato Hardwood Floors
Fortunato Hardwood Floors is a floor refinishing contractor serving Atlantic City, NJ. The business has been operating for 10 years with a team of 3. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing. Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Atlantic City include buff and recoat, pet stain board replacement, buffing out surface scratches, sanding and refinishing oak floors and carpet adhesive residue removal. Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Customers in Atlantic City and nearby areas such as Ventnor City, Pleasantville and Brigantine can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
