1. Morales Floors
Based in Hackettstown, NJ, Morales Floors works as a floor refinishing contractor. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 4 years. Refinishing restores worn hardwood by sanding away the old finish and surface damage, then applying stain if desired and several coats of protective finish. The result is a floor that looks new without replacing boards, since solid hardwood can usually be sanded multiple times over its life. Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include pet stain board replacement, stain color change, oil-based polyurethane finish, water-based polyurethane finish and sanding and refinishing oak floors. Homeowners often refinish when uncovering hardwood under old carpet, changing the floor color, or preparing a house for sale or new occupants. Share the square footage of each room, photos of the worn areas, and whether stairs or landings are included in the project. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Customers in Hackettstown and nearby areas such as Budd Lake, Long Valley and Flanders can request a quote. To get started, send Morales Floors a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
