1. Midas Construction LLC
Based in Irvington, NJ, Midas Construction LLC works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 3 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Irvington include baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, herringbone pattern floors, floating hardwood floors, old carpet removal before install and solid oak plank installation. Midas Construction LLC is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing, interior painting and junk removal. Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Irvington and nearby areas such as Newark, Hillside and Maplewood can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Zelle.
