1. EZ Rip Up LLC
Based in South Plainfield, NJ, EZ Rip Up LLC works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 11 years with a team of 2. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, wide-plank flooring, solid oak plank installation, floating hardwood floors and unfinished floors finished on site. EZ Rip Up LLC is also listed for carpet installation. Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Share the target timeline, any known squeaks or soft spots, and how rooms connect so transitions to tile, vinyl, or carpet can be planned ahead of time. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in South Plainfield and nearby areas such as North Plainfield, Piscataway and Metuchen can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send EZ Rip Up LLC a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
