1. Chris Marshall
Based in Canandaigua, NY, Chris Marshall works as a handyman service. The business has been operating for 17 years. Around Canandaigua, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again. Typical jobs for handyman work in Canandaigua include small fence board repairs, hanging shelves and mirrors, loose door hinge repair, mounting televisions and fixing sticky drawers. Chris Marshall is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly. A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote. Besides Canandaigua, homeowners in Bloomfield, Farmington and Victor can reach out for handyman work. To get started, send Chris Marshall a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
