1. Stanley General Construction
Stanley General Construction is a handyman service serving Rensselaer, NY. The business has been operating for 30 years. Around Rensselaer, homeowners often use handyman help for the in-between jobs: a door that no longer latches, a cracked tile near a threshold, a wobbly stair railing, or new hardware on old cabinets. The work tends to be quick, practical, and focused on making things function properly and look tidy again. Common requests for handyman work include furniture assembly, baseboard and trim touch-ups, hanging shelves and mirrors, caulking tubs and sinks and grab bar installation. Stanley General Construction is also listed for junk removal, pressure washing and roof cleaning. Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand. Customers in Rensselaer and nearby areas such as Albany, East Greenbush and Glenmont can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Square cash app and Venmo.
