1. Hamptons Carpet One floor & Home
Hamptons Carpet One floor & Home is a hardwood floor installer serving Southampton, NY. A team of 10, the business has been operating for 27 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include herringbone pattern floors, floating hardwood floors, transition strips and thresholds, engineered hardwood over concrete and wide-plank flooring. Hamptons Carpet One floor & Home is also listed for carpet installation and hardwood floor refinishing. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor. Customers in Southampton and nearby areas such as Hampton Bays, East Quogue and Sag Harbor can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Credit card. Request a quote from Hamptons Carpet One floor & Home on Fixerlane and describe the job you need done.
