1. Steven Holland
Steven Holland provides hardwood floor installation in Goshen, OH. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 22 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. On their profile, Steven Holland lists install type: laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, engineered hardwood, solid wood and tile; property type: residential and commercial. Worn carpet, damaged laminate, or a planned sale often prompts a switch to hardwood, especially in living rooms, hallways, and bedrooms that see daily foot traffic. Photos of each room, the chosen wood species or product, and whether furniture moving and old floor removal are needed help an installer quote accurately. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Goshen and nearby areas such as Loveland, Milford and Morrow can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Saturday. Accepted payment methods include Cash, PayPal, Venmo and Zelle. To get started, send Steven Holland a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
