1. Floorscapes Inc.
Floorscapes Inc. is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Twinsburg, OH. A team of 10, the business has been operating for 20 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include herringbone pattern floors, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, engineered hardwood over concrete, stair tread and riser installation and transition strips and thresholds. Floorscapes Inc. is also listed for finish carpentry and hardwood floor refinishing. Allergies, pets, or a desire for a floor that can be sanded and refinished later lead many homeowners to replace soft flooring with real wood. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Twinsburg and nearby areas such as Macedonia, Solon and Hudson can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 4:00 pm.
