1. HeyNowFloors LLC
Based in Grants Pass, OR, HeyNowFloors LLC works as a hardwood floor installer. A team of 2, the business has been operating for 4 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. On their profile, HeyNowFloors LLC lists install type: laminate, linoleum, vinyl sheet, luxury vinyl flooring and engineered hardwood; property type: residential and commercial. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Wood species, plank width, and solid versus engineered construction set the material cost. Subfloor repair, stairs, and pattern layouts like herringbone add labor.
