1. Just the 2 of us Specialties LLC
Based in Pendleton, OR, Just the 2 of us Specialties LLC works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 23 years with a team of 2. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several. Typical jobs for handyman work in Pendleton include weatherstripping doors, replacing light fixtures, fixing sticky drawers, mounting televisions and small fence board repairs. Just the 2 of us Specialties LLC is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly. Moving in, preparing a home for sale, or getting ready for holiday guests often surfaces loose fixtures, scuffed walls, dripping caulk lines, and doors that stick. Mention whether parts such as light fixtures, shelves, curtain rods, or cabinet hardware are already purchased or will need to be picked up before the visit. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote.
