1. Seven one seven masonry
Seven one seven masonry is a tile contractor serving Lancaster, PA. A team of 5, the business has been operating for 13 years. Tile work covers floors, walls, backsplashes, and showers. The installer prepares a flat, stable substrate, lays out the pattern to balance cuts at each wall, sets tile in thinset mortar, and finishes with grout and flexible caulk at inside corners and changes of plane where movement happens. Common requests for tile installation include large-format porcelain floors, entryway tile floors, tub surround tiling, bathroom floor tile and cracked tile replacement. Seven one seven masonry is also listed for paint removal, powder coating, stucco repair and swimming pool removal. Cracked or loose tiles, crumbling grout, or water getting behind a shower wall are signs that tile needs repair or replacement before the damage spreads. Include the layout pattern, such as straight, offset, or herringbone, and details like niches, benches, curbless entries, or trim pieces for showers. Tile size, material, and pattern complexity drive labor on most tile jobs. Demolition, waterproofing, and substrate repair add to the scope and the price. Besides Lancaster, homeowners in Willow Street, Bird In Hand and Strasburg can reach out for tile installation. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check and Credit card.
