1. Fringe Construction and Property Management
Based in Lehighton, PA, Fringe Construction and Property Management works as a handyman. It has been in business for 11 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several. Typical jobs for handyman work in Lehighton include fixing sticky drawers, replacing light fixtures, small fence board repairs, grab bar installation and loose door hinge repair. Fringe Construction and Property Management is also listed for cabinet installation, dishwasher installation, door repair and fitness equipment assembly. Doors that will not close, dents in drywall, peeling bathroom caulk, and shelves that wobble under weight are typical triggers for a general repair call. Include ceiling heights, the wall type if known, and access notes like pets, parking, or gate codes so the visit can keep moving without delays. Handyman pricing usually depends on the number of tasks on the list, the time each one takes, and whether materials must be supplied or are already on hand. Customers in Lehighton and nearby areas such as Slatington, Walnutport and Kunkletown can request a quote. Posted hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. To get started, send Fringe Construction and Property Management a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
