1. PORTO FLOORS SOLUTIONS
PORTO FLOORS SOLUTIONS is a hardwood flooring contractor serving Malvern, PA. A team of 5, the business has been operating for 13 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include solid oak plank installation, stair tread and riser installation, nail-down floors over plywood subfloors, wide-plank flooring and engineered hardwood over concrete. PORTO FLOORS SOLUTIONS is also listed for hardwood floor refinishing. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Malvern and nearby areas such as Paoli, Berwyn and Devon can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle.
