1. Rock Hard Coatings
Rock Hard Coatings provides epoxy flooring in Scranton, PA. A team of 7, the business has been operating for 20 years. Surface preparation decides whether a coating lasts. Concrete is usually ground to open its pores, cracks and pits are filled, and moisture is checked, because coatings applied over dusty, sealed, or damp slabs are prone to peeling and hot tire lift. Common requests for epoxy flooring include garage floor epoxy coating, old coating removal, metallic epoxy basement floor, garage stem wall coating and slab moisture testing. Rock Hard Coatings is also listed for countertop installation. Many people coat floors when turning a garage into a gym or workshop, finishing a basement, or preparing a home for sale. Share the floor's square footage, photos of its current condition, and whether it has any existing paint, sealer, or coating. Pricing depends on square footage, the condition of the concrete, how much grinding and crack repair is needed, and the coating system chosen. Customers in Scranton and nearby areas such as Moosic, Old Forge and Clarks Summit can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Cash and Check.
