1. Welisson flooring LLC
Based in Sewickley, PA, Welisson flooring LLC works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 6 years with a team of 4. Hardwood installation starts with checking the subfloor for flatness and moisture, then laying underlayment and planks in the right direction for the room. Boards are nailed, glued, or floated depending on the product, and trim is set last to cover the expansion gaps left along the walls. On their profile, Welisson flooring LLC lists install type: laminate, luxury vinyl flooring, engineered hardwood, solid wood and tile; property type: residential and commercial. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved.
