1. MJ design and homes inc
Based in Niota, TN, MJ design and homes inc works as a floor refinishing contractor. The business has been operating for 23 years with a team of 4. Not every floor needs a full sand. Floors with light surface wear can often be buffed and recoated, while deep scratches, gray water damage, or a color change call for sanding to bare wood. Damaged boards may be replaced and blended in before finishing. Common requests for hardwood floor refinishing include stair tread refinishing, stain color change, sanding and refinishing oak floors, buffing out surface scratches and gap filling between boards. Dark pet stains, boards that feel rough underfoot, and a dull finish that cleaning no longer brightens suggest a sand or recoat. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Cost depends on square footage, floor condition, whether stain is applied, the number of finish coats, and any board repairs or stairs. Besides Niota, homeowners in Sweetwater, Athens and Englewood can reach out for hardwood floor refinishing. Accepted payment methods include Cash, Check, Credit card, PayPal and Zelle. To get started, send MJ design and homes inc a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
