1. ENR Hardwood Floors
Based in Comfort, TX, ENR Hardwood Floors works as a hardwood floor installer. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Common requests for hardwood floor installation include unfinished floors finished on site, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall, solid oak plank installation, wide-plank flooring and stair tread and riser installation. ENR Hardwood Floors is also listed for floor cleaning and hardwood floor refinishing. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Comfort and nearby areas such as Boerne, Kerrville and Pipe Creek can request a quote. Posted hours are Saturday and Sunday, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
