1. Isaac Santiago
Based in Barnet, VT, Isaac Santiago works as a handyman. The business has been operating for 29 years. Handyman work covers the small repairs and installs that pile up around a house but rarely justify calling a specialty trade. A single visit often bundles several items, such as patching a wall, rehanging a door, and mounting a shelf, so the homeowner clears a whole list in one trip instead of scheduling several. On their profile, Isaac Santiago lists project type: repairs, installation, maintenance, assembly and painting; estimated hours: less than 2 hours of work, 2-5 hours of work and a full day of work; work focus: doors, windows, interior walls, exterior walls and gutters; property type: residential and commercial. A running list of small fixes that never seems to get shorter is the most common reason homeowners book a handyman visit and hand off several tasks at once. List every task in one message with a photo of each item, so the visit can be planned properly and the right materials brought along on the first trip. Travel distance, the complexity of each job, and whether a task needs a second trip for special-order parts are the main drivers behind a handyman quote. Posted hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. To get started, send Isaac Santiago a request on Fixerlane with the details of your project.
