1. KASYANCHYK WOODWORK AND CARPENTRY
Based in Mount Vernon, WA, KASYANCHYK WOODWORK AND CARPENTRY works as a hardwood flooring contractor. The business has been operating for 6 years. Expect furniture to be moved, old flooring pulled, and the subfloor fixed where it squeaks or dips. Installation then moves room by room, with cuts around vents and door casings, followed by thresholds, stair nosing, and molding for a clean finished edge where the floor meets other surfaces. Typical jobs for hardwood floor installation in Mount Vernon include transition strips and thresholds, wide-plank flooring, herringbone pattern floors, baseboard and shoe molding reinstall and stair tread and riser installation. KASYANCHYK WOODWORK AND CARPENTRY is also listed for cabinet installation, furniture assembly and house cleaning. Squeaky or uneven subfloors, water-damaged sections, or a remodel that opens up walls between rooms are common triggers for new hardwood installation. Provide square footage for each room, the current flooring type, and whether stairs are included. Note if the floor sits on a concrete slab or a wood subfloor. Removal and disposal of old flooring, furniture moving, and trim work affect the total, along with the number of rooms, closets, and cuts involved. Customers in Mount Vernon and nearby areas such as Burlington, Anacortes and Stanwood can request a quote.
