1. Fabulous-Builders S-Corp
Based in Elk River, MN, Fabulous-Builders S-Corp works as a hardwood floor refinisher. A team of 3, the business has been operating for 22 years. Before any sanding in Elk River, furniture comes out, adjoining rooms are sealed off, and dust containment goes up. After sanding and vacuuming, stain and finish coats go down with drying between each, and the rooms stay off limits until the finish has cured. Typical jobs for hardwood floor refinishing in Elk River include buff and recoat, water damage board repair, buffing out surface scratches, sanding and refinishing oak floors and oil-based polyurethane finish. Fabulous-Builders S-Corp is also listed for carpet installation, countertop installation, exterior painting and interior painting. Gray or bare spots in traffic areas, deep scratches, and a finish that no longer repels water are common signs floors need refinishing. Describe the current finish and color, the look you want, and any boards with deep stains, cracks, or water damage. Buff and recoat jobs cost less than full sanding, while color changes, pet stain repairs, and furniture moving add to the total. Customers in Elk River and nearby areas such as Anoka, Albertville and Big Lake can request a quote. Accepted payment methods include Apple Pay, Cash, Check, Venmo and Zelle.
