Switching from Kickserv

Fixerlane imports from QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop export files — Excel, CSV, IIF or the Export data .zip — and brings in customers, products and services, past invoices and estimates. You check what it found before anything is saved, nothing is emailed to your customers, and an import can be undone. There is no direct import from Kickserv.

If your Kickserv account syncs to QuickBooks, your customers and invoices are already there: export them from QuickBooks and upload the files to Fixerlane. Jobs, schedules and photos stay in Kickserv. Every list and report in Fixerlane exports as CSV, so leaving is as easy as arriving.

The trial is 7 days with no card, so you can run a real week in Fixerlane alongside Kickserv before you cancel anything.
